You already do this. Do it bigger.

There are women in every one of these four countries who have been finding maids work for years, on a phone, from memory, for a fee. It works - it just does not scale. Kleana is the tool underneath that trade: the listings, the checks, the Charter and the paperwork, so the placements you can do in a month stop being limited by how many people you can hold in your head.

Apply

Become a Kleana agent

Tell us where you work and what you already do. Somebody here will call you - an agent carries our name into other people's homes, so nobody is signed up on a form alone.

The six-digit code goes here. Nothing is saved until you type it back.

An honest number is more use than an impressive one.

What an agent actually is

Kleana is not hiring agents. It is arming them.

The distinction matters, because it decides who the money belongs to. You are not applying for a job here and there is no salary on offer. You are a business owner who places domestic staff, and Kleana gives you the board, the verification, the Charter and the written terms that you could never build on your own - then takes the smaller share of what you earn with them.

Placements

Your own book, on a proper board

The cleaners you already place get listed, checked and put in front of every household on the platform instead of only the ones in your phone.

Projects

The one on site when the crew works

When Kleana takes a one-off job in your town, you assemble the crew, you run the day and you sign it off. Same share, no separate rate.

The money, in plain terms

Seventy to you. Thirty to Kleana.

You bring the cleaner, you have the conversation, you carry the relationship in your own town. Kleana brings the board, the checks and the paperwork. The share follows the work, which is why the bigger half is yours.

30%

Kleana

The board, the verification calls, the Charter, the written terms and the platform that keeps running whether or not you are working that week.

Start to finish

How being an agent works

Five steps, from the day you apply to the day a crew signs off a job. Open the one you want.

Two people meeting at a house gate, a phone between them showing the contact details
01You apply and we check who you are

You fill in the form at the bottom of this page and accept the Professional Charter. A six-digit code to your email proves the address is real. Somebody here then calls you, because an agent carries Kleana's name into other people's houses and that is not a thing we hand out on a form alone.

02You bring the people you already know

Most agents arrive with cleaners they have been placing for years. Those cleaners get listed on Kleana under your reference, free, exactly as any other cleaner is listed - no cut of their wages, ever. What changes is that they are now visible to every household and business on the board instead of only the ones you can reach by phone.

03You work the board for households that need someone

You browse the live listings the same way a household does: who is hiring, what they need, which area, what they are offering. When one of your cleaners fits, you put the introduction together.

04The introduction fee is split when it is paid

The client pays the once-off introduction fee. Seventy per cent of it is yours and thirty per cent is Kleana's. It is paid out per placement, not held back against a target and not deferred to a month end.

05On a project, you are the one on site

When Kleana quotes a one-off job - a move, a post-build clean, an event - the agent in that town runs it. You assemble the crew from the board, you are there on the day, and you sign the job off. That work is covered by the same seventy per cent; there is no separate supervision fee and no separate rate to argue about.

What you are given, and what you are not

Plainly, so nobody is surprised later

What an agent gets

The tool, and the larger share

  • Seventy per cent of every introduction fee you place
  • The live board of households and businesses hiring in your country
  • Your cleaners listed and checked at no cost to them or to you
  • The Professional Charter, signed by both sides before you place anyone
  • Written terms drafted for live-in arrangements
  • A reference of your own, so placements are traceable to you
What an agent is not

Not staff, and not the employer

  • No salary, no retainer and no guaranteed volume
  • Not an employee of Kleana or of Cabanga Platforms
  • Not the employer of any cleaner she places
  • Not permitted to charge a cleaner anything, at any point
  • Not able to publish a cleaner's name or number before an introduction

The one rule that cannot bend

You never take money from a cleaner

Not a registration fee, not a finder's fee, not a share of her first month. The whole of Kleana rests on a cleaner keeping every thebe of what she earns, and an agent who breaks that is removed from the platform the same day. If you need paying, the client pays - and seventy per cent of it comes to you.
