Nothing is collected until you confirm
Filling in a form on this site sends nothing and stores nothing. What you typed is held in your own browser until you return the six-digit code sent to your email. Only then is anything written down at our end. If you abandon the form, nothing of yours exists here at all.
What we hold, and where
Confirmed entries live in a controlled sheet at Kleana. For a cleaner that is her name, contact details, skills, areas, rate and, for a Verified listing, the record of the document seen and the reference called. For a household or business it is the name, contact details and the requirement.
What the public site can see
The public listings are built from a stripped copy of that record. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses and internal codes are removed before the file is published, and the build fails outright if any of them are detected in it. They are not hidden by the interface - they are not in the file your browser downloads.
When contact details pass
Only at an introduction, after the fee is agreed, and only to the other party in that introduction.
Documents
A copy of an Omang or passport submitted for verification is used to confirm identity, is never published, and is never passed to a client. What a client sees is the outcome: verified, and the confirmed tenure.
In your browser
Your shortlist and saved roles are held in your browser's session storage. They are cleared when you close the tab and never reach us. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking.
Removal
Write to us and your row is deleted. A deleted row disappears from the live listings on the next sync. There is no separate archive.
