What counts as an honest listing on Kleana?
That what you put on Kleana is true - skills and experience on the cleaner's side, the household and the work on the client's. A Verified listing means an identity document seen and a reference called.
Put Kleana on your phone. It opens like an app and works when the signal is poor.
Clause 5 of the Charter
The plain answer
A platform is only as trustworthy as what people put on it, so clause five makes honesty a term both sides accept. The cleaner's skills and experience are her own true account of herself. The household's description of itself and the work is theirs. Dressing either up is not a small thing on Kleana - it is a breach of the Charter.
This is also where Kleana's two tiers get their meaning. A Declared listing is a person's own account, with an email confirmed by a code and the Charter accepted. A Kleana Verified listing is more: an identity document a person here has actually seen, and at least one long-term reference a person here has actually called. The badge is not decoration - it is a record of what has been checked.
Because the badge means something specific, misrepresenting what sits behind it - claiming experience that is not there, or a household pretending to be something it is not - is treated as a breach like any other. A badge that could be faked would be worse than no badge at all.
